At AD Tech Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. If your device doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Log into your AD Tech Store account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Request Return' button for the specific item.

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the product is factory reset, placed in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download the prepaid shipping label provided via email, print it, and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number handy as our technicians inspect the device for refund processing.
